865 ALLIANCE DRAWS TO NASHVILLE RHYTHM F.C. IN WEEK 6 FIXTURE

 

WPSL Week 6 Power Rankings, No. 18, 865 Alliance and No. 23, Nashville Rhythm F.C, tied in a competitive match on Saturday, June 22, in the Southeast Conference. 

In the first half, Nashville Rhythm F.C started off with a goal from Angeline Kieh (Campbellsville University) in the 24’ minute of the match. 

865 Alliance quickly neutralized and found the back of the net in the 32’ minute from Alivia Stott (University of Tennessee, Knoxville). Nashville Rhythm F.C responded with Kieh again, scoring in ‘42 minute, at the end of the half, 2-1 Rhythm. 

865 Alliance came out quick and strong after the break with another goal from Stott in less than one minute into the second half. 

Nashville Rhythm F.C reaped a yellow card in the 46’ minute and not long after in the 58’ 865 Alliance was also awarded a yellow. 

Both goalkeepers performed well for their respective teams but neither side found the net again and the game finished 2-2. Both goals for each team were scored by one player, Kieh and Stott.

There are a total of five matches scheduled for Week 8, to start off FC Nashville Wolves will face 865 Alliance on Thursday, June 27.
