EAST REGION RANKINGS - WEEK 3

The Rhode Island Rogues hold onto the No. 1 spot on the East with plenty of movement beneath after Week 3. Clarkstown Soccer Club bumped up two spots into No. 2, while Reading United A.C. jumped from ninth to No. 3. Also climbing this week were Penn Fusion SA—up one spot to number 6—Real Central NJ climbed back into the Top 10 after dropping out last week, and Beadling Soccer Club, making its Top 10 debut for 2024.


 

1. RHODE ISLAND ROGUES (2-0-0)

   Northeastern Conference

   Week 2 Rank: 1st 

The Rogues has so far dominated play in the Northeastern Conference, cruising past the New York Shockers 5-1 in Week 2, followed by a 4-1 on the road over Merrimack Valley Hawks FC. Hannah McNulty leads the conference with five goals on the season—three of which came in the club’s 4-1 home opener versus Merrimack Valley. Rhode Island travels to No.2 Clarkstown Soccer Club (1-0-0) Saturday, June 1 in the East Region Match of the Week.


 

2. CLARKSTOWN SOCCER CLUB (1-0-0)

   Northeastern Conference

   Week 2 Rank: 4th

There is more than just bragging rights on the line when Clarkstown hosts No. 1 Rhode Island Rogues this Saturday. Coming off a 4-0 win at Force FC New York in Week 3, Clarkstown could pose a serious threat to conference leaders. Maggie Haskell and Ava Giudice had goals in the win, along with Kelly Brady, who tallied a brace. 


 

3. READING UNITED A.C. 

   Mid-Atlantic Conference — Commonwealth Division

   Week 2 Rank: 9th

A pair of Week 3 wins pushed Reading up six spots. Reading kicked off its campaign with a 3-1 road win at Hershey FC last Monday, followed by a 5-1 win at home over LVU Rush the following Friday. With goals in both games, Ashley Lavrich leads the Commonwealth Division in scoring with three goals on the season. Reading faces the untested HEX FC Tempest (0-0-0) Friday, May 31.


 

4. PA CLASSICS (1-0-0)

   Mid-Atlantic Conference — Commonwealth Division

   Week 2 Rank: 2nd

Idle in Week 3, PA Classics dropped two spots after a 4-1 win at Keystone FC to open the season. Jailene DeJesus, Lindsey Husic, Aubrey Strohecker, and Liza Suydam all tallied goals in the win. The club is in action again Wednesday, May 29 hosting Hershey FC (0-1-0).


 

5. AMBASSADORS CLEVELAND (1-0-0)

   Great Lakes Conference — Great River Division

   Week 2 Rank: 3rd

Preseason No. 1, Ambassadors Cleveland dropped to fifth after a tough 2-1 home win over Corktown WFC to open the season. Shea Vidovic pulled Ambassadors level in the second half after going down a goal early in the match, and Jordan Fusco had the winner. The club is idle until Week 5 when it travels to Columbus Eagles FC June 9. 


 

6. PENN FUSION SA (1-0-0)

   Mid-Atlantic Conference — Colonial Division

   Week 2 Rank: 7th 

Penn Fusion SA moved up one spot from Week 2 thanks to a 5-1 home win midweek over West-Mont United to open the season. Janae Stewart had two goals in the win, along with Olivia Bley, Susanna Soderman, and Madison Shumate. The club is back in action Wednesday, May 29 hosting Fever SC (0-0-0).


 

7. SJEB FC (0-0-0)

   Mid-Atlantic Conference — Colonial Division 

   Week 2 Rank: 5th 

SJEB FC opens its season with a home-and-away series with Philadelphia Ukrainian National, playing at home Tuesday, May 28, with the return match on the road on Sunday June 2. 


 

8. DOWNTOWN UNITED SOCCER CLUB (0-0-0)

   Metropolitan Conference

   Week 2 Rank: 6th

Downtown United kicks off its season with back-to-back games, starting on the road at STA June 8, then hosting SUSA FC June 9. The schedule doesn’t get any easier from there, with the five-games over 10 days to close out the regular season. 


 

9. REAL CENTRAL NJ (1-0-1)

   Mid-Atlantic Conference — Colonial Division

   Week 2 Rank: Unranked

After a 2-2 draw versus West-Mont United in Week 2, Real bounced back with a 3-1 home win over the Delaware Ospreys to climb back into the Top 10. Bella Miller had the first two goals in the win over Delaware; Ava Curtis had the other. Real hosts Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals (0-0-1) Thursday, May 30. 


 

10. BEADLING SOCCER CLUB (1-0-0)

    Great Lakes Conference — Great River Division

    Week 2 Rank: Unranked

Beadling Soccer Club cracked the Top 10 for the first time in 2024 with a 2-1 win over Greater Toledo Futbol Club. Ava Lewis and Taylor Hamlett scored goals for Beadling in the win. Beadling plays its third straight at home Saturday, June 1 versus Columbus Eagles FC.
